We have implemented ServiceNow Discovery and configured schedules to perform scan. We need to run only Workstation scan during the day. If we add the behavior as WMI then it scans both Workstation and Servers.
We won't be able segregate the IP ranges for Workstaions and Servers. Workstaion and Server IP ranges were mixed up.
Is there a way we can run Workstation scans during the day and Server scan over the night?

I think you've missed his comment that they don't actually have different ranges or knowledge of which IPs are workstations and servers.
I saw the comment which said they "won't be able segregate the IP ranges for Workstaions and Servers. Workstaion and Server IP ranges were mixed up", but I saw no mention of not having knowledge of IPs in use, nor lacking any capability to determining this information.
Consequently, I interpreted this statement to mean that the IPs are interlaced together, not that they're completely unknown.
Hence I thought it should be possible to segregate manually by adding the (known) server IPs into a range set and use this set as an inclusion for a server scan:
I fully agree that the proper solution is imposing some management process upon the IP allocation process (DHCP, etc), but thought my suggestion to be a temporary workaround in the interim. It may involve quite a bit of work identifying the IP addresses, but it'll certainly be less disruptive than applying a network change.
