Discovery IP Switch not populating serial number Dell PowerEdge

Hi folks, Looking for help on an IP switch discovery issue.

 

We have DELL PowerEdge Switches running in the environment but the Serial Number value is not being populated on the CI record although I can see that it is being discovered in the pattern log.

 

Interestingly, there are some existing devices of the same model that were discovered back in 2022 and the serial number was populated correctly at the time.  I have deleted one of them in the test environment and rediscovered it and this time the serial number remains blank.

 

We're running Vancouver and have the version 1.11.0 Discovery Patterns installed.  See attached screen shots.

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue and did you find a solution?

What's the model number of the switch? I have a Dell PowerConnect 5524P in my lab environment that has the same issue.

If you can get the MIB for it, you might be able to identify the serial number, extend the pattern and populate the data.

I can't seem to be able to find the MIB for mine.
