Discovery is not able to pull the serial number for zebra model printers and from some firewalls

Hello Experts,
Discovery is not able to pull the serial number for Zebra model printers and some other model firewalls. Is there any reason why there is no serial number being returned for only these specific models? Other than serial number, discovery is able to fetch all other details.
Is there any specific reason for this? Is there something i need to do to get the serial number?
Please help me.

HI,
You can ask your printer team for the proper MIB files and also check with them if you have some re usable MIB in this instance.

We have the same issue with Zebra printers discovery. Our SN # field is coming back blank.

Hi,
We had the same issue, I had logged a case with ServiceNow and worked with them,we had customized the classifier which eventually fixed the issue. I will share the fix in community.

The article and update sets include the workaround to fix the missing IPAddress issue but we are missing the SN # for only the zebra printers.
