Discovery is not populating Software Installed

Hi

The Software Installed tab in Windows Discovery Status is showing empty for all the discovered CI(s)

The Discovery console definition shows like this

Can you let me know why Discovery is not picking up the software installed?

Thanks

The other thing I would suggest you check is if you are seeing that the related list on the server record is blank for installed software and you have asset management installed you will need to add a new related list as asset management changes the table they go into. Other then that I would check what Tim said although ADM shouldn't affect the installed software population (check and make sure the probe for installed software isn't disabled or been taken off of the Windows classifier).

Thank you both

I added a related list "Software Installation --> Installed on" to the CI form.

I believe now I can see the installed software in the server.

Great to hear my suggestion worked. Please mark the answer as correct so others in the future may see the answer if they are running into similar issues. Have a great day and best of luck!
