Discovery issue with NetApp Storage Cluster-Mode Pattern

Hi Experts,

I am trying to discover a storage device and I do see the classification is working as it is getting OID data. However, the device is not being created in the cmdb table.

Error: 

Identification Engine: Discovery status is FAILURE, CI Type cmdb_ci_storage_server cannot be created since there are no attributes defined. Debug pattern to understand why no attributes have been assigned.

Has anyone experienced this error? If yes, what was the fix?

Hi @AJ-TechTrek & @Pratiksha  - I have tried to debug the pattern NetApp Storage Cluster-Mode on cmdb_ci_storage_server and here is my observations:

Step - get full intrface -> getting all the devices like clusters, svms and nodes

Ex: 

vserver	ip_address	home_port	comment
cluster	x.x.x.10	e3a
cluster	x.x.x.11	e3b
cluster	x.x.x.12	e3a
cluster1	x.x.x.13	e0m
cluster1	x.x.x.14	e0m	This is actual server
cluster1	x.x.x.15	e0m

Step - remove duplicate ports from ips_info -> considering only one record each unique port and here the svm (server) record is being ignored and only the cluster record is condidered due to which the server record is not being inserted .

vserver	ip_address	home_port	comment
cluster	x.x.x.10	e3a
cluster	x.x.x.11	e3b
cluster1	x.x.x.13	e0m
