Hello,
We are facing some issues with the discovery of the IBM Websphere MQ Queues. We have Discovery implemented and we are able to find the MQs [cmdb_ci_appl_ibm_wmq] as the pattern WMQ On Unix launches in the appropriate server during horizontal discovery process.
Additionally, we need to discover the MQ Queues [cmdb_ci_appl_ibm_wmq_queue]. As we were told by support, the pattern that is supposed to do that WMQ Queue Unix doesn't run with horizontal discovery, only Service Mapping. We have been able to find specific queues using the entry points inside the Application Service:
1. Add Entry Point in the Application Service, using type IBM Websphere MQ
2. Fill its host, port and queue name
3. Discovery runs and MQ queue is related to its MQ.
In the map it shows the MQ with the MQ Queues we have entered manually doing the previous steps
However, doing this is not an efficient solution as we need to create one entry point for every existent queue, what make the discover functionality pretty useless.
Does any member of the community know a better approach to get IBM Webpshere MQ Queues discovered?
Thank you so much for your attention,
Adrian

Facing similar scenario. Getting Queue Managers, but not Queue. Is there a way we can trigger Queue discovery that would create the Queue's in the CMDB and relate it to the appropriate Queue Managers?
