Good day everyone,
We have several NetApp servers, both on-premises and in the cloud. We use an SNMP community string for classification and Basic Auth for identification and exploration, with the Basic Auth credential securely vaulted in CyberArk.
Currently, we can successfully discover all on-premises servers. However, while we can classify the cloud servers, Basic Auth is failing. The Storage Team has confirmed that the credentials for the cloud servers are configured identically to those for on-premises servers.
Log data indicates that Basic Auth is not authenticating correctly, possibly due to a password issue.
Does anyone have any insights into this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Just to let you know that we figured out the issue. I reconciled the password in CyberArk and the Storage servers got the fresh password, then we could discover them.

Thanks @BK14 for the insight. We are attempting something similar. What is your cloud environment?
I think discovery is not supported in AWS environment according to docs.

Thats right, it was not AWS nor Azure. They reside on IBM Public cloud.
