How to investigate discrepancies between CMDB and actual network information

There are several servers where the network interface information for CI registered Windows virtual machines differs from that of the actual machines.
Is there any way to investigate this?
(e.g. xxxx-xxxxx11 NIC is actually only one and has only one IP, but for some reason it is supposed to have multiple IPs)

Not sure what your ask is? IF the NIC has only one IP, what made you to feel that it should have multiple IP. Please elaborate.
