We have selected stored on our Discovery Configuration Console, and since that time, it appears to be creating duplicate CIs with names in CI class "File System" like: /dev/xxxxx
Is there something we've done wrong, or do we simply need to write some type of IRE rule to stop this from occurring?
Thanks!

Can You Paste Screen Shot for Same ?
Also check File System CLass for current IRE Attributes - Compare dups values with IRE Key Attributes.
I also see file system has many child classes - So check these file system belongs to which exact CI Class.
File System IRE is dependent on HOST .

I see similar entries like dev/sr0, dev/sr1 .
Can you see these file systems are mounted on which host?
