Discovery Roles in Servicenow

Hi All,

I have "discovery_admin" role I'm able to see all discovery applications and modules. I have access to create new Discovery Schedule. But i don't have access to Edit/Create IP Ranges. which Role is required to Edit/create Ip ranges in Discovery Module.

Hi,

discovery_admin (and the contained role agent_admin) should be sufficient. Have you created any custom ACLs? Search for discovery_range_item within the ACL table and for a create ACL

Their is no custom ACL

Has any modifications been made to the OOB discovery module? Does the discovery_admin role contain the agent_admin role?

Based on the screenshot, I think there is something wrong with the "Discovery IP Range" table itself. Check it out as well, seems like it doesn't have any attributes/fields or something was altered there that is preventing you to see them now.
