Discovery schedule cancellation issue

Hello,
We have few discovery schedules getting cancelled sometimes because of max run time.
On successful run they complete in like 1-2 hr and we have set max time to 5 hrs.
we suspect these are getting cancelled because sometimes some CI take time to respond so discovery hungs on particular CI and result in max time reach and schedule cancellation.
is there any workaround to fix this issue, like a rule to set where discovery waits like 5 mins for response, if no response received then move along??

I would suggest you run the job with batch wise instead of running for whole count.
