Discovery Schedule could not redirect to Discovery status and discovery stuck in Started State

When I run my Discovery Schedule it give us error could not redirect to Discovery status.

when I run quick discovery It will redirect to discovery status but discovery is stuck in started state and it does not move to other phase like classification and my ECC que input is not processed and discovery is not get completed.

Troubleshooting STEP :

I have already check my Mid Server Status It is properly install and the status is up and Validated .

Also I have restarted my services of mid server but it not working .

you can see Discovery log is stuck in Discovery Started .
