Discovery - SSH authentication or connection failure

Hi,

I ran quick discovery for the IP and got the error "SSH authentication or connection failure".

What could be the cause of the issue. Please suggest

what is the device u are trying to discover? Linux/Windows/ESX?

I am not sure about the type of device because I have been given an entry point for the Service Mapping and through that entry point when I try to discover the map, it threw an error. I checked the discovery log and found that IP. I try to run quick discovery for that IP and then got this SSH error.

you need to first know what device is that IP and then troubleshoot further whether required permissions are in place for access/ports etc...

I got the type/version of the device. nginx/1.16.0
