Discovery with Netapp storage device

Hi Team,
I am trying to run discovery on netapp storage device and getting below error. Can you please let me know where i am going wrong?

This is either the problem with the credential or the timeout (default 1500 milliseconds) is too low.
You can set the timeout parameter for the SNMP - Classify to 5000 or higher say 30000 and see if the given SNMP - Classify probe is able to fetch any OIDs.

Hi Adil.
I just did the following:
1. Navigate to Discovery Definition ---> Probes
2. Select SNMP - classify probe
3. Add a parameter : timeout value: 5000
It is still giving the same error , no oid's being fetched.
Please advise.

In that case you need to involve the Netapp administrator as they would be able to dig down the security logs on the NetApp server and review whether it is a performance or authentication issue.

i just realized we don't have snmp community string on mid server. Could that be the cause for this error?

The SNMP Community credential needs to be updated on the instance not on the MID Server.
