DNS Names are being discovered, but there is no relationship to the associated Server records

Hello,

Does someone happen to know why DNS Names are being discovered and populated in DNS Name table (cmdb_ci_dns_name), but there is no relationship to the associated Server records. For instance, I scanned one Windows server, and the "DNS Names for CIs" tab has no DNS name record displayed when viewing the CI details in Windows Server form.

Hi Sergei, 

Please have a look at the below ServiceNow Support Article 

"DNS Name for CI" related list is not getting populated.

Although the article says Linux servers, but it should work for the windows as well
