Does Out of Box discovery map devices to switch ports?

I'm trying to figure out how to view the asset that is plugged into a switch port. Should be possible, but our Cisco switches are not showing any of this basic CMDB relationship info. Are my expectations wrong? We are switching from Forescout and this is foundational level stuff?

yes, servers are being discovered and we can see the details about network adapters

Hi,

As per my understanding the link between a switch and its port is not shown as CI relationship.

It is a related list on switch form and then there is reference field on switch port table which points to Switch so it establishes that relationship using reference field.

I can see the switch port details but I can't see what is connected to the port. Where can I view this table?
