Hi, In my service request activity log all the updates on form are displaying twice on activity log. I checked for following possibilities which might be causing this issue: 1. Any "Before" Business rule containing "current.update()" : No such BR on request item table containing "current.update()" in"Before" condition. 2. Change the order of Business Rules operating on the request item table. Provided the different order for each BR. 3. "Set Values" or "Run Script" activities containing "current.update()" in the attached workflow. Checked these activities. "current.update()" does not exist. But still it is creating duplicate entries in activity log. Any help?

Resolved... New behavior in Eureka in Workflow. The checkbox "run before business rules" was checked and causes duplicate BR execution, including all events.

Does your workflow branch and follow two paths at any time and then come back to a single path without using the "Join" activity?
Is more than one workflow context running for the record?

We just upgraded from Berlin to Eureka and we are seeing duplicate and triplicate updates in Activities (duplicate emails too) in our Change module.
I saw this article and tried unchecking that checkbox on the workflow properties screen to test a couple of our Change module workflows. It seems to be a potential solution. On my properties screen, I have a checkbox called "Run AFTER business rules run". I don't see one for "Run BEFORE business rules run". Did you mean the "AFTER"?
Thanks,
Michael

Oops. You are correct, I misstated the property.
