Hi,
The Windows cluster node table is creating duplicates starting Nov 2023 (coinciding with the organization's instance upgrade to Tokyo). Not sure, if this has to do with the upgrade activity, but highly likely that is the case.
There is a related article here from ServiceNow support that suggests with an update set to the Windows servers discovery sensor. We did update the sensor, but unfortunately, didn't solve the issue.
Temporarily, we created a business rule to stop the creation of duplicates in the Windows cluster node table. But this is not a permanent solution to the issue. Has anyone encountered the issue before and if there is any resolution for this?
With regards,
Senai

Upon further investigation, it was realized that our "Windows Classification", we had probes and patterns active. Once the probes were de-activated, discovery no longer created duplicates.

We are currently implementing the KB for the sensor update...not expecting a resolution, but taking that step to cross it out.
