Hi all,
We have Dynatrace - ServiceNow integration for Problem generation of Mule( Kubernete cluster) application . Trying to create incident from the received event for problem, but could not figure out the Node or CI details from the problem details received.
Anyone knows about this.

Hi @Jai2021
Can you please share the Sample of Event Data , Also you can ask customer to pass the Node value in Event as well as id the node value pass in Different attribute , you can use regex to get the data.
