We've embarked on our Service Mapping journey with a focus on Top Down, however, we are being stymied by the Cloud LBs in our environment. Map wasn't getting past the LBs, we've since taken a step back and are making sure our horizontal discovery is proper especially from a cloud perspective including K8s (which I'm currently working on, with the hope that all this along with also the deployment of ACC agents (now supporting Service Mapping) will help to close the gaps we were seeing. but I welcome any tips anyone might have in terms of dealing with Amazon ELBs etc..

Would like to also know - How can we proceed with bulk service mapping. Do we have any document or video on how to do this ?

Hi @SiD2 i clicked on your link and it takes me to ITOM homepage in docs.

I am after an export or detailed list of each entry point types and the fields that need to be populated for each.

@Khalnayak

The link is version specific and when I posted its in S release and now its W, hence the link didn't work.

I updated the link now again and you should be able to navigate.
