Error discovering CIM for IBM storage devices

Hi,
I am trying to discover IBM Storage devices using CIM. For this discovery, I have used IBM portal admin credentials.
However, when I discover I do get SSH Authentication failure errors and also below sensor error,
"Sensor error when processing CIM - Identity: Cannot invoke "com.glide.script.GlideRecord.getValue(String)" because "rProbe" is null"
In devices tab it says device is active but couldn't classify.

As per my knowledge you will require CIM Credentials for discover the storage devices.

Hi @VasimS , firstly you have to enable CIM servise on the IBM storage, if not done by deafult. Then you will need account, which you will store as CIM Credentials in SN.

Hi @Doci1,
I will verify again for CIM service, and we are using IBM Storwize V7000 model with CIMOM 8.4.0.5.
