Error in Service Mapping in Service Operations Management dashboard

Hi All,

Can anyone please explain me how the service mapping dependency works as I am seeing some issue. There is one CI which is showing as Major severity and when i open the Service mapping of it then it is showing because of the another CI -"Customer Mobile App".

But when i open the same CI - "Customer Mobile App" everything is showing normal and green.
