Error installing MID server: KB1702427

Hi,

 

I'm installing a MID server and I've got the error below:

I've been searching everywhere for the KB1702427, but I can't find it. I've tried checking the log to see what's going on, but the installer didn't leave any log files. It's strange, because I was given four identical machines to install MID servers on, but the installation only fails on that one. Has anyone else encountered this error and been able to fix it?

@bkrs This article is available when you log in with your Hi portal credentials. You can check with your company Hi portal owner to get access to this document. 

This error is majorly related to MSI package installation on this computer and it's more specific to Windows 10/11 issue. Here is a link to video, which shows similar issues.
