Event Management- jobs delay

Hi All,
I'm new to Servicenow.
Alert is created for an event, but when try to click on the link for respective event I can see a tab opening with the message record not found . The alert is created because the event management jobs are delay in seconds. 
I have to check in em_event,em_alert and sys_trigger tables. But couldn't figure out the issue for the delay.
Could anyone please help me with this. Thanks in advance.

Is this issue only for a specific alert?
And where do you see the link to the related event on the alert?
Can you share a screenshot?

Yes for specific alert this problem occurred. I couldn't view the event in the alert mail, but I can see the event number  from alert table (event column in alert table).
Apologies, I couldn't share the screenshot here.

All event related jobs are delayed more than 30 mins.
