Hi @ThanmayM ,
ServiceNow uses topology-based correlation to group related alerts. This correlation is driven by the CMDB, which contains detailed information about Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships. To enable this follow below steps.
Go to Event Management -> Administration -> Alert Correlation Properties
You will be able to see options based on CMDB correlation. Select the required option and Save.
