MID Server RDP URL Not Accessible in Discovery Fundamentals On-Demand Lab

I’ve started the Discovery Fundamentals On-Demand course, and I’m currently working on the “Validate MID Server” simulator task. However, I’m unable to access the MID Server VM using the provided RDP URL:

 

 
MID SERVER RDP URL: nowlearning-nlinst03275155-8tacy-mid-0001.lab.service-now.com
 

When I try to connect, I get the following error in my browser:

 

 
This site can’t be reached ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Is MID server showing up? If yes try restarting it from the related link. This is the second question I am seeing about the same issue in a week. Try raising a case in learning too.

You need to use IP Address to take RDP session to MID Server. I have explained the steps in below post

You can take RDP to the MID server and try to resolve the issue. If it does not work, terminate lab instance and provision new instance. If it is same issue with new instance, try creating a support case with Now Learning team from below link
