Execution of de-duplication task in PROD Instance

Hello All ,

We are executing  de-duplication task for our 170 applications (part of our Service Mapping Project) in PROD Instance .

As Part of this effort , we do merge INC,PRB,CHG and TASKS as well.

We came to know that only Change requests  and Problem records are moved from

Old State :  'Closed'

to  

New State :' Resolved ' and 'Scheduled' and 'Submitted for Approval' status in PROD Instance .

Anyone faced this kind of issue ?

Im unable to figure out what is the root cause .

I haven't faced such an issue, probably some custom implementation on your side when you add ci to the affected ci table the status is getting changed.
