Hi All,
I am trying to run discovery to map an application, however getting the following error when running Quick Discovery.
Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: Windows OS - Servers, To Check Pattern Log Press Here.
On checking the Pattern Logs, I am getting the following Payload error:
I have checked the data source, it is ServiceNow and correctly mapped even in the glide.discovery.source_name properties.
Checked all the ports, all are working, even disabled firewall, still no luck.
Cannot test and change the choice name from ServiceNow and this is a MSP instance and will effect all the customers.
Can anyone assist me in finding the resolution for this?
Regards

Hi Pratiksha,
It is already 'ServiceNow' in the Choice list, which is why I am confused, what to do further.
This issue was fixed in Orlando version.

Actually I am not sure because we also had some problem on Orlando related to mid server.
Thanks,
Pratiksha

I have also tried all these steps, but could not find the error which I am facing. Not sure what exactly is the issue.
Hopefully someone else might have faced this issue relating to the Choice list and fixed it.
Thanks for replying 🙂

Hi,
Is this solved. Because this issue is mostly related to the choice list and the property you mentioned.
Do you have duplicate choices?
Thanks,
Ashutosh
