Hi,
I am getting the below error while setting up the MID server Operational Intelligence extensio.
Failed to start pipeline, com.snc.automation_common.mid.extension.api.InvalidExtensionParameterException: Operation metric Extension is stopped because cluster node is not running on the MID.
Can someone help me with it as what is it related to?
Thanks in anticipation

Hello Savita1
To start the OI extension, make sure your MID web server extension is also started, if you are using REST. Because when using REST, the Mid web server extension must be started, unless we attempted to start the OI extension and received errors. And if the OI is started after that, only the OI cluster will be running.
Please mark my answer if it was helpful.
Thank you.

Hello Savita1
You must first start the distributed cluster used for operational intelligence before you can begin the OI extension.
Navigation: MID Server - Cluster - Open the cluster for that particular MID server that you use. - Make sure Type is "Distributed" and on the related list, click on "Restart".
Following this, the cluster state changes to "Started".
Go to the OI extension now, and click "start" or "Restart" once more. After this, no errors will appear.
Kindly mark my response if it was useful.
Thank you.
