Filter Variable based on a reference Field

I have a Variable named 'var A' in the Variable set referencing the company table.

I have a field on the Incident table named 'Fil A' which again refrences the company table.

Now what I want is, whatever the Value is selected in the Field 'Fil A', I want to show these values in Variable 'Var A' in a Variable set. 

Please help with the response.

Hi @Xion, Are you working on the catalog item and having a variable referencing to the Incident? or how is the configuration?

No, Variable refers to the company table.

But on the Incident form,  there is a field named 'Fil A' which references the Company Table.

I want to get the sys_ids from that field and show those in the variable 'var A'.

Are you dealing with catalog item or Incident variable editor? Would it be possible to provide any screenshot?
