Getting error "SSH authentication or connection failure" while discovering Unix servers.

Hi,

I am able to discover some Unix servers, but for some I am getting error "SSH authentication or connection failure: Unable to find any credentials that met your criteria".

Don't know why it is failing for some servers.

Any one let me know where exactly going wrong.

MID Server Logs for UNIX Server 10.10.4.48:

You would have to give mid_server role to the user that MID server uses to connect to the instance. Another thing to check is if you have restricted that table with a custom ACL.

SSH Authentication error:

HI, same likely as above.. even I'm getting error called "SSH authentication or Connect error, cant connect to SSH"

1. user account is created and can able to login to putty session on 10.253.16.29 Via MID Server.

2. SSH Credentials are tested successfully in Servicenow

even though discovery is getting failed, SSH probe is not getting classified. Please find the Below screenshot of Discovery logs and attached ECC Queue logs.

Please suggest me on this.
