Getting proxy error

Hello,
We are using Service now application. We are facing an issue when user click on View/Run option available under Reports. Whenever user click on View/Run ,USer is gettign error as follows:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
Reason:Error reading from remote server.
We are not using any kind of proxy server .
Could you please help me out to solve this issue?

Sorry for late reply. I was busy with some other task.
Does every user have this problem? Admins too?
Ans: mainly this issue is coming for nonadmin users.

If you are using ServiceNOW, you should be able to access it outside of company as well.
If none of the admins have this issue, this could point to a BR gone bad. Or maybe the old cache is creating problems. Clear the cache flush your dns cache.
