May be Name of user is misleading. If you do not have any Mid Server , but may be this user is used in Some Integration.

Do you see any Mid Server Configured in Service Now?

In Logs check its Source where Its coming?

In User Table the user MidServer is active or Inactive?

Check the "Instance Security Center", there you will find failed logins with an IP Address.

Hi,

I think there is a mid-server service that is still running on the mid server which is using an account and connecting to the instance. So try permanently disable the unused mid server services if anything still running on those servers
