Has anyone actually mapped out Avaya CTI with Service Mapping?

If so can you share how did you proceed for the setup ? 

Did you use Entry point  approach to create automatcally your Application SErvice ? 

Is there a pattern dedicated for that ?

@Gr_goire H_ if your Avaya instance is on-premise, 3CLogic Hybrid Cloud Contact Center solution can deploy on top of it and provide a full ServiceNow-centric solution (i.e.: CTI, call transcription, ServiceNow-based routing, ServiceNow reporting, etc.).
