We are currently not going to use interactions. I was able to hide it in the menu in the Standard UI by setting the menu to admin only. However I cannot figure out how to hide it from the list in SOW. Where do I find the config to hide interactions?

Just figured it out. Note sure if this is the fastest way to get there but here are the steps I followed.
1. Open UI Builder.
2. Open Service Operations Workspace.
3. Open List SNC page
4. Once the page has loaded make sure you are under list nav under the body section.
5. Then all the way to the right scroll to the bottom on config tab and click on configuration.
6. A new tab will open. Click Default SOW
7. You will then need to change your scope to Interactions for Service Operations Workflow. Once you do that you will be able to set the interactions to false under the UX list Categories
