HLA Source Type Structure, Timestamp recognition failed

Hello, I'm relatively new to using HLA and am running into an issue.

We're streaming logs to the instance though a REST integration, that all seems to be working well. However, once the log reaches the Source Type Structure, the engine isn't able to parse out the timestamp. I believe this is a required field, so I'm not seeing any results at the moment.

The question is, it appears like the timestamp I have is one of the supported timestamp formats, but I'm still receiving the error "Timestamp recognition failed: Error when sending data to 'Health Log Analytics AI engine', Contact ServiceNow support"

After saving, this error comes up

I can't find any KB articles addressing this issue, so I'm wondering if anyone has run in to a similar problem and how they've been able to solve it.

Any help is appreciate, thank you!

I should add, this is on Vancouver with the Health Log Analytics plugin on version 30.1.2

It looks like the timestamp on your log doesn't match up with the system formats. You have two options to resolve:

1. Use the source type script to change the format to something that matches

or

2. Add your time stamp to the timestamp formats table: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-operations-management/page/product/health-log-ana...
