Hello, I am reading up on running a remediation of duplicaties in CMDB here https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-management... and references the need to choose a de-duplication tasks. In my personal dev instance I don't see any and on the documentation for de-duplication tasks it seems like these should be generated automatically by some means. My question is where do the rules for creation of de-duplication tasks live/how are they created? And am I even correct that there is a rule set somewhere that defines when these task get created automatically? Thanks.
