Hi @amit_bt , that's where ServiceNow's Event Management comes into picture. EM has the capability to integrate with external monitoring sources and provide a Realtime view of the Infrastructure state. 

SN is offering an on-demand course on EM. You can go through it once.

Thanks Pavan, I am ITOM implementation certified, My question is specific to network related events and based on service mapping how impacted services handle/calculated.

I have this article : Event Management - Impact calculation explained - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com) explained well but want to know more, would be helpful if get servicenow doc reference for this.
