Hi there,
we are facing the challenge, that we need to apply different Discovery Consolse settings to different networks.
We are working as managed service provider for a set of customers; the reasons behind this requirement are to extensive to be presented here.
How can this be achieved easily ? Any experiences on that ?
thanks in advance

Here's a crazy idea. How about asking or using an existing question in classification to determine the customer <value> that matches a classifier, trigger a custom pattern that has what they want. You could have multiple windows classifiers for each of the customers that on match of the classification criteria (customer = <value>), that triggers their own custom pattern with what they want collected. Fairly it would be a bit of work to get it right especially with shared libraries and there will be management of each specific pattern, but I think this would be an option.
Fairly some things are always going to be global and required , specifically identification information and of course the config console, but you could control the pattern specified for each company independently even extension sections for those friends that want other specific data from their devices. Typing this, sounds like a really cool scenario to set up!
But to what has already been mentioned previously, absolutely look into creating credential aliases and applying to specific schedules or creds >midserver so your not trying my accounts against Pratiksha's 🙂
