How to combine this two tables (cmdb_ci_service & sc_cat_item) and to get all the fields in the custom table which we create.

we try database view but it is not fetching the values and showing empty records. Is there any otherway we can combine.

We created a database view BUT we are unable to display the table or report in the Service Portal.
When adding a report based on the database view we get the error message, "must display records in Simple list widget" BUT the database view table is not available in the table list.
