How to connect Mid server to Data Source using file retrieval methods HTTP/HTTPS

Dear Community,

Good day to all.

I have Data source connected to Transform Map which will insert data into the actual table and Transform map is working as expected.

Now, I have requirement to import data file(excel) from Mid Server directly to the Data source as an attachment and for this I am planning to use File retrieval method HTTPS/HTTPS.

I gone through documentation on file retrieval methods but unfortunately there is not much details mentioned in product documentation.

Any insights / suggestions on how to achieve (Mid Server to Data source )this will be really helpful.

As per the documentation the latest retrieval source can be as below:

File

JDBC

LDAP

OID
REST
Data Stream

Custom

REST and Data Stream would require Integration Hub subscription. Here are more details on Data Stream actions:

I am using retrieval source as File and File retrieval method as HTTPS/HTTP as below

How to connect to Mid Server and extract data from mid server using this approach.
