How to Create RITM through inbound action

Hi Team,

  We have created catalog item. In the catalog item we have added the variable. I want to create RITM ticket through inbound action. How it can be configured. Kindly help me on this.

Inbound Actions are (in my opinion) legacy.  I do all this with Flow Designer now.
