Hi All,

Our client want to exclude few subscription account from master service account discovery which is currently existing discovery.

When we select Create Discovery Schedule from Service Account there is option to either select all subscriptions for for discovery or selected ones, but for existing discovery schedule from where can we remove the few subscription accounts we want ?

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Somnath.

--> To select specific sub-accounts for the schedule, deactivate the auto-select feature.

By default, all sub-accounts are selected. To disable the feature and to permit the selection of specific datacenters to discover, slide the toggle switch to the left.

--> To exclude a sub-account, drag the sub-account from the Selected list to the Available list.

Discovery schedule is already created around year back, therefore we want to update, link above helps at a time of creation. We are looking to remove some of service accounts from already scheduled discovery.

we have something called "cmp_discovery_ldc_config" This table holds entries against which schedule as which service account for discovery, I am wondering what if we remove service account from that table related to our discovery schedule, will that work ?

did you try marking the specific 8 account records with status as retired? that might fix the issue.
