How to Discovery AWS Account ID?

We are looking to Discovery the AWS Account ID so we can associate it with all Classes discovered from AWS.  We added the field "AWS Account ID" on cmdb_ci table so that it would filter down to all child tables. We particularly need this data on the Server Table and Cloud Database Table but we want to add it across the board in advance of requests from our customers.  What is the best way to capture this information and populate the field on the cmdb_ci table?  Any suggestions?

Hi,

Please check the cloud discovery https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-it-operations-management/page/product/it-operations-manageme... where you can set up discovery for AWS accounts. This discovery process will capture Account ID of all the AWS accounts and its related resources. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the quick reply.  That article speaks to how to setup the AWS Account but not really how to discover them.  Is there a particular Pattern that can be edited to include the Discovery?  Or perhaps an API command that would be valuable in capturing the data?
