How to get the editions of your Microsoft SQL Server components through ITOM Discovery. We have installed the Discovery Pattern Application by following the documentation. However, edition attribute is showing empty.

Hi Akhil,

It usually gets by default. is it showing the same for all or only few?

Do verify the Discovery Configuration Console also on your servicenow instance where it will show if anything is excluded to be discovered.

Hi Akhil,

Please check for these 2 points:

1. Check the discovery logs and see if the pattern is giving any error during exploration phase.

2. Verify the Discovery confiuration console for any exclusion
