Thanks!

In regards to importing data, best to check the wiki:
https://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Introduction_to_Managing_Data#Importing_and_Exporting_Data
And for your second question: SNOW => ServiceNow

SNOW stands for Service Now.
1. Prepare the import template in supported formats of Service Now.
2. Login using Service Now Admin ID.
3. Create import data set using data source.
4. Run the transformation to create staging table.
5. Create Transformation mapping from Staging Table to Target Table.
6. Define the coalecse field for primary key.
7. Run the trasnformation.
Target table will get loaded with data from staging table.

Hi Gurdeep,
FYI. We do not refer ServiceNow as SNOW . If you google SNOW, you will get a travel portal that helps plan your vacation!!!
