How to import data into SNOW

Hi All,

I want to import data into SNOW - how is this possible in this toolset SNOW?   Also what does SNOW stand for? (A common question!)

Hi Gurdeep,

Please call ServiceNow instead of SNOW first.

First of all I need to know in which file format you are maintaining data.

Example: XML, Excel or CSV?
