How to inactivate or delete a plugin

Hi Community,

I am relatively new to SN and am in the midst of upgrading to Eureka. I enabled Performance Analytics. After a few conversations with staff we agreed not to use it at this time.

My question is how do I inactivate or delete this plugin? SN will not allow me to change the status.

 

Thanks in advanced for any ideas.

Patti,



You could check the box and move it to another Application before exporting the Update Set.



When you check the box, scroll to the bottom and choose "Move to Application" in the choice list.

As per my understanding, once activated, a plugin cannot be deactivated or deleted.

go to plugin store search your installed plugin .Click in plugin name on the next page you will see a related link with name uninstall .Click on it and that's it .
