How to Integrate Webhooks Into ServiceNow

Where can i find out how to send Webhook events from a 3rd party tool,  direct into the ITOM Event Table.

All I can find is an article from 2016 - is this still valid? Cheers

Hi @paul sammon 

First, please find if the 3rd party monitoring tool, is a OOTB Event Management Connector, in the doc below:

If it is not OOTB integration, you can create a custom push connector, using doc below:
