Thank you so much for your reply. I want to full configuration setup Orange business service ( Network device ) integration with servicenow. ( Both side client and servicenow).

Orange Business Services - You some Company/Organization who has n/w devices to support services.

You want to populate this data into Service Now CMDB?

If yes Use Service Now Discovery
